    At the time I was introduced to Far-Infrared Sauna I had a number of problems. I had been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as a result of a severe viral infection. My legs were swollen and the muscles very painful. After 4 weeks of having the sauna treatments, two times per week, the improvement in my over all health has been amazing! The overall weakness is gone and the pain and swelling has all but disappeared. I am now able to walk up the stairs at OpusGlow with alternate feet and no assistance. Another positive improvement is my skin. It has become smoother and many blemishes and age spots have disappeared. The Far-Infrared Sauna Treatment has made me feel so well and has definitely put spring back in my step!

  • OpusGlow Airbrush Tan

    I just wanted to give you feedback on the airbrush spray tan. I am truly impressed. The tan or should I say “Glow”, looks amazing and so natural. Actually, better than natural because the appearance is so even and smooth, all without the sun damaging rays. I will certainly refer your services to everyone I know. Also, I’ve been reading about your Infrared Sauna Treatments and how they’ve helped people feel better in their over all health, appearance and energy. Now, I’m interested in that too. We’ll have to discuss that when I’m in for my next spray tan. Thanks for everything and for such a warm welcome and experience at your spa.

  • Massage at OpusGlow

    On November 27th, 2008, I went into OpusGlow for a Massage in order to fix a problem with my back. Not only was the pain relieved, Leigh Puddephatt, the massage therapist that took care of me, was able to pinpoint exactly the area that was being affected, and provided me with exercises and stretches that I could do at home in order to either a) alleviate any additional symptoms, or b) prevent further pain from occurring. On top of that, Annick (the owner) was professional to deal with, and the follow-up email was a wonderful personal touch. I will be referring many clients Annick’s way!
