Policies and Procedures
Cancellation Policy – If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide 24 hours’ (48 hours' for Groups of 2 or more) notice. As our business is based on services and scheduling, this notice period is required to accomodate those waiting or wishing to reserve with us. In the event adequate notice is not provided, a full charge of the booked services will be required. If you cancel the SAME DAY of your appointment, you will be charged for all services in full (Group events of 2 or more will be charged in full if cancelled within 48 hours). If you DO NOT ARRIVE for the appointment you will be charged for all services in full. Credit Card is required for multiple reservations including people and services.
Scheduling – Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you schedule your next appointment. We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving OpusGlow Concept Spa. To hold a reservation, we require a credit card number and expiration date at the time of scheduling 2 or more services/people.
Gratuities – Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your spa experience. Gratuities are not included in any treatment prices.
Punctuality – Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your first appointment. This will allow you to update your client profile, change, or shower before you begin. Should you arrive late for your appointment, please be advised that asociated time applicable portion of your service will be removed. Reservation times are the start of your appointment.
Amenities – OpusgGlow provides a changing room, shower, as well as spa robes, towels, and comfortable seating area to relax in before your service. Please have all cell phones turned off during your stay with us.
Privacy – For the purposes of professionalism and warmth, clients are draped during treatments. The treated area is uncovered and then it is recovered. Undergarments can also be worn.
Protection – We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Keep items with you in the tote bag provided during your appointment.
Payment – Payments of products and services can be made by Cash, Debit, Visa and MasterCard. Our prices are subject to change without notice.
Parking – Parking is available in our private lot at 707 Brock Street S.. Overflow can be used on surrounding streets and Rotary Park Lot.
Children – Children under the age of 16 must be attended by an adult while receiving services.
Gift Cards – OpusGlow Gift Cards are available at our reception desk or online at www.opusglow.com. There is no expiration of Gift Cards however, Gift Cards are non-transferrable, have no cash value and we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift Cards greater than 2 years in age will be charged a transaction fee of 10% each month following. Third party or discounted gift cards can not be used on packages, promotional items or product purchases.
Packages & Memberships – OpusGlow Service Packages such as Airbrush Tanning, Infrared Sauna Therapy, Monthly Membership and Spa Packages are non-transferable and have no cash value. No sharing of packages is permitted. No breaking apart packages sessions is permitted. No refunds on service packages.
Credit Card Processing
Security – Your personal information and payment information is always secure. We use the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to guarantee the security of your transactions and your information. OpusGlow uses SSL to make sure that your data is always encrypted, secure, and protected.
Opusglow automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including you IP address, cookies, and the page(s) you visited. This information is not considered personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify an individual. Despite this, this information, again, will not be sold, shared or rented to third parties in ways different what is disclosed in this statement.
Return Policy – OpusGlow believes in quality. Our commitment to high level of service speaks to the respect and seriousness we bring to dealing with our clients and ensuring that they receive the most superior service possible. With that in mind, if you are unsatisfied with your services display adequate reason for being unsatisfied and upon which we have discussed and agree that our high level standards have not been met, we will gladly offer a compensation credit. Services not to standard must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of the receipt of the service. A receipt must be provided to Refund any products sold within 10 days.
